2. Data we process

To deliver chauffeur services we process: name, email, phone, pickup/dropoff addresses, flight number, payment confirmation (card last 4 digits only — full card data is processed by Stripe), and optional notes you provide. Web logs (IP, browser, page views) are processed for security and analytics.

3. Purpose & legal basis

Performance of contract (booking and transport), legal obligations (tax records), and legitimate interest (fraud prevention, service quality). Marketing communications only with your consent.

4. Recipients

Stripe (payment processing), Google Maps (route calculation), our hosting provider, and chauffeurs assigned to your trip. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Booking records: 10 years (Swiss accounting law). Web logs: 12 months. Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection. To exercise any right, email SwiftLux.ch@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Swiss FDPIC (edoeb.admin.ch).

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for session management and language preference. Analytics cookies are loaded only with consent.

8. International transfers

Some processors (Stripe, Google) may transfer data outside Switzerland. They are bound by Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
