2. Data we process
To provide chauffeur services, we process your name, email, phone number, pickup and drop-off addresses, flight number, payment confirmation (only the last four card digits; Stripe processes full card data), and optional notes. Web logs are processed for security and analytics.
3. Purpose & legal basis
We process data to perform the transport contract, meet legal obligations and pursue legitimate interests such as fraud prevention and service quality. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent.
4. Recipients
Recipients may include Stripe for payments, Google Maps for route calculations, our hosting provider and the chauffeur assigned to your journey. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Booking records are kept for 10 years under Swiss accounting law, web logs for 12 months, and marketing consent until you withdraw it.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by emailing info@swiftluxtransfer.com. You may also complain to the Swiss FDPIC.
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for sessions and language preferences. Analytics cookies are loaded only with consent.
8. International transfers
Some processors, including Stripe and Google, may transfer data outside Switzerland under Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
