These are the standards we apply to every ride — the same rules professional chauffeur companies follow in Switzerland and worldwide.

Return discount
A 50% discount applies to the return fare if the customer requests the return journey no later than 15 hours after the original outbound pickup, including exactly 15 hours. The deadline applies to the return request, not to the start or completion of the return journey. The return is subject to confirmation and availability by SwiftLuxTransfer.com, and the full agreed service must be paid before the return begins. Crossing midnight does not affect eligibility. Waiting and other extras are charged separately. This rule is separate from the 12-hour maximum duration of the original fixed-price A-to-B package.
12-hour limit of the original package
The maximum duration of the original fixed-price A-to-B package is 12 hours. Additional stops, additional waiting, detours, collection after an activity and return transportation are separate paid services; their time and charges are separate from this 12-hour limit. Any services already explicitly included in the original package remain included.
Waiting time
Waiting time over 180 min. — 50% off the extra minutes
Free pickup waiting: airport 60 minutes from actual landing; train/bus station 30 minutes from scheduled arrival; hotel/private address/office 15 minutes from agreed pickup. Total paid waiting across excess pickup waiting and all stops: CHF 1/min for the first 180 paid minutes, then CHF 0.50/min only beyond 180. Free waiting and original inclusions are excluded; 240 paid minutes = CHF 210.
Airport pickup — 60 minutes free waiting
For every airport pickup you get 60 minutes of free waiting time, counted from the actual landing time of your flight. We monitor your flight, so delays are not your problem.
Train & bus station — 30 minutes free waiting
Pickups from a railway station or bus terminal include 30 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled arrival time.
Hotel or private address — 15 minutes free waiting
For pickups at a hotel, private address or office we wait 15 minutes free of charge from the agreed pickup time.
Extra waiting time

Booking, changes & cancellation
Cancellation
72+ hours before pickup: 100% refund. 48–72 hours: 80%. 24–48 hours: 60%. Less than 24 hours: no refund.

Luggage, child seats & passengers
Baby Booster: first one per booking is complimentary; CHF 10 for each additional booster. Baby Seats: CHF 15 each — includes infant carriers/baby baskets and seats for older babies. Please provide each child’s age so appropriate equipment can be prepared.
On board
One complimentary still water at ambient temperature per passenger, internet and device charging. Mini Bar is prepared only on advance request.
