1. Service provider

SwiftLux Transfer (the "Carrier"), Rutistrasse 26, 8134 Adliswil, Switzerland.

2. Booking & confirmation

A reservation is confirmed once payment is captured or, for vehicles requiring a quote, once both parties confirm in writing. Prices are in CHF and include Swiss VAT where applicable.

3. Payment

We accept card, Twint, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay via Stripe. For quoted trips, a payment link is issued after approval.

4. Cancellation policy

72+ hours before pickup: 100% refund. 48–72 hours: 80% refund. 24–48 hours: 60% refund. Less than 24 hours: no refund. Cancellation via /cancel using your reservation ID, email and last 4 card digits.

5. Customer obligations

Provide accurate pickup details and contact information. Be ready at the pickup time. Behave respectfully toward the chauffeur and vehicle.

6. Waiting time

15 minutes free at standard pickups, 60 minutes free at airports (after flight landing). Beyond this, CHF 60/hour applies pro rata.

7. Liability

The Carrier is fully insured under Swiss law. Liability for indirect damages, missed flights or events caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

8. Governing law

Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction: Zürich.
