The route
Zurich → A3 → A2 south past Lucerne → Gotthard tunnel or Furka pass in summer → Rhône valley → Visp → Täsch. Zermatt itself is car-free; we drop you at the Täsch terminal (5 min shuttle train, every 20 min) or arrange your onward electric taxi.
Why chauffeur beats the train for this trip
The Zurich–Zermatt train is scenic but involves 1–2 changes and a taxi at each end. With 2+ passengers, luggage, ski gear, or if you land after a long-haul flight, a private Mercedes is often cheaper per person and always more comfortable. You leave when you want, stop where you want (Lucerne lakeside lunch, anyone?), and arrive rested.
Prices
One-way Zurich ↔ Zermatt (Täsch): E-Class from CHF 690, V-Class (up to 6 pax) from CHF 890, S-Class VIP from CHF 990. Return trip 10% off. Night surcharge (22:00–06:00) +15%. All prices include VAT, meet & greet, 60 min free waiting at ZRH, and Zermatt-Täsch handover.
